Customer Service Queuing

DriveQueue raises the level of efficiency when servicing your customers by controlling and managing customer flow within your in-person service locations.

Customers use touchscreen self-service kiosks to initiate service transactions that print and dispense numbered queueing tickets so they can track their position in ”line”. Flat panel displays throughout the waiting area show ticket and counter numbers once assigned. In addition, an audible announcement is made via speakers to notify customers that it is their turn for service and informs them of their counter assignment. The system optimizes customer flow by assigning counters based on expected and actual transaction times.

DriveQueue easily integrates with Applus’ online scheduling application, where customers can book appointments for services in advance and use the self-service kiosks to check-in on the day and time of their appointment.
